When will I get my first alert?
Depends on the season and your spots. Peak season (winter for the east coast and WA, autumn/winter for Victoria and Tasmania) you could get a text within days. If it's the off season for your spots, give it a few weeks. We never cry wolf — we'd rather you wait for a real one than send you out on a bad day.
What if conditions are flat for weeks?
It happens — surf is seasonal. But that's exactly the point. When you DO get a text from us, you know it's worth dropping everything and going. Zero false alarms means every alert is real.
